1/4 cup (57 grams) butter or margarine 40 large or 4 cups mini marshmallows 1/2 cup crunchy or creamy peanut butter 5 cups Rice Krispies Chocolate sauce 1. Butter a 13x9x2 (33 x 23 x 5- cm) pan (or spray with cooking spray.) 2. Melt butter or margarine (whichever you're using) in a large pot, over low heat. Add marshmallows, cook, stirring constantly, until they're melted. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir til melted. 3. Add cereal, stir until well coated. Immediately press into pan with a buttered spatula. Cool, cut into squares or triangles. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Note: You can substitute other cereals for the Rice Krispies and you don't have to use the chocolate sauce. Cheerios work well for this one. If you use a chocolatey cereal, use caramel sauce instead of chocolate sauce... it's especially yummy!
