1 cup soy sauce 1 cup pineapple juice 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tsp. wine 1 piece crushed ginger 2 large cloves garlic, crushed 3 pounds skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Mix above ingredients well in a large pot (til brown sugar is dissolved,) add chicken. Bring to a boil over medium high heat and lower heat to medium low and simmer. Cook slowly until chicken is tender, about 30 minutes.
