1 kilo potatoes, peeled, boiled until tender, cut into cubes 1 1/2 cups (3 dl) mayonnaise, Miracle Whip or creme fraiche 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon white or cider vinegar 1/4 teaspon pepper 1 cup (2 dl) chopped celery 1/2 cup (1 dl) chopped onion 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped Mix mayonnaise/Miracle Whip/creme fraiche, mustard, vinegar and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes, celery and onion. Mix well. Stir in eggs. Refrigerate for four hours or until cold. Tip: Buy the pre-boiled potatoes in jars to save time!!! Then you only have to drain them and cut them up!
